Lower Division Clerk (LD Clerk) examination is one of the most popular and highly competitive recruitment tests in Kerala. Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) usually invited the applications from the eligible candidates in an interval of three years to fill the Lower Division Clerk(LDC) position across various departments. Here we are bringing you the Kerala PSC LDC syllabus and exam pattern 2020.
The date for applying LDC 2020, is NOV 15 to DEC 18. Last exam was held in 2017. Next exam will be June – sep – 2020.

Total marks 100 of LDC examination is divided as follows.
- General Knowledge / Current Affairs – 50 Marks
- General English – 20 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude (Simple Arithmetic) – 10 Marks
- Mental Ability & Logical Reasoning – 10 Marks
- General Malayalam/ Tamil / Kannada (Regional Language) – 10 Marks

Kerala PSC LD Clerk Qualification
- Education: Matriculation/SSLC from any recognized board or University
- Age: 21 -36 years old. Relaxations based on government norms are applicable.
Age Limit: 18-36 years old, Only candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2001 (both. dates included) are eligible to apply for the post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward communities
