Exam Pattern
Kerala PSC Food Safety Officer exam will be conducted on the basis of well-structured syllabus. the 100 marks exam is conducted for 1 hour 30 minutes. For each right answer one mark is added and for wrong answer 0.33 marks is deducted. Candidates shall expect questions from Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Nutritional Biochemistry & Food Analysis and Microbiological, Biotechnological & Medical aspects. The exam will objective based. Candidates will have to choose the right option from the choice of four. Exam will be conducted either online or pen and paper mode in OMR.
