Kerala Co-Operative Bank Age Limit & Relaxation
Candidates should be aged between 18-40 (both ages included) years as on 1st January, 2023. Candidates from SC/ST category have an age relaxation of years in upper age limit. OBC, Ex-Servicemen and EWS section candidates have three years relaxation on upper age limit. PwD candidates have 10 years relaxation in Upper age limit and widows have 5 years relaxation on upper age limit.

Candidates should attach the true copies certificates proving Educational Qualification, Age, Caste, Ex-servicemen, PwD, widow and EWS, along with the application form.
Kerala Co-Operative Bank Application
Candidates can apply either through online or offline mode.
Candidates who are applying through online should register in KSCEB’s official website.
Last date to apply for KSCEB Exam is on 31st January, 2024. Candidates can download application form and chalan from KSCEB official site. After furnishing all the relevant details as the form demands candidates should also attach the self-attested copies of relevant qualifications and DD. Fee Payment
Candidates can pay fees either through chalans to Federal Bank or Kerala Bank.
Candidates can also pay by Demand Draft from Malappuram District Co-operative Bank or from Branches of SBI. DDs that are only crossed in the name of KSCEB Secretary and can be received as per CTS will be considered for exam fee. Also, DD should be taken during the notification period.
The Chalan receipt or the Demand Draft (whichever mode candidate is paying fees) should be attached along with the application form.
How to Register for Kerala Co-operative Bank Exam?
Register on KSCEB’s One Time Registration program in the official website, using your email id.
- Candidates can use AADHAR or any id car as mentioned in the site.
- Create a password with minimum 6 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters.
- Note down the password for future login purpose.
After creating Candidate login click on Profile drop down and click on Profile Entry.
Enter Personal, Educational, Experience and Certification details as mentioned in the site.
Add a scanned image of candidate’s photo with:
- Maximum Size 30KB
- Width 150 pixel
- Height 200 pixel
- Image type JPG
Add a scanned image of candidate’s signature with:

Kerala Co-Operative Bank Exam Fee
Candidates are eligible to apply for posts in multiple Co-operative banks. For the primary selection candidates have to pay ₹150 and ₹50 extra for each bank the candidates apply for.
Candidates from SC/ST category need to pay only ₹50 for the primary selection and ₹50 extra for each bank the candidates apply for.
Kerala Co-Operative Bank Exam & Interview
As the notification for KSCEB Co-operative Bank released we are expecting the Exam dates by mid of 2024. Examination will be conducted for a total of 80 marks from various subjects as mentioned in detail on Syllabus and Mark Distribution. Exam fill be followed by an interview session. Interviews will be conducted by the respective Co-operative banks for 15 marks. Marks for interview are divided into two, 3 marks will be awarded for the attendance and 12 marks will be based on the performance in interview.

- Degree with HDC & BM with seven-year experience as Accountant or above that post in Co-operative Bank.

- B. Sc. (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University with five-year experience as Accountant or above that post in Co-operative Bank.

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or M.Com. with Finance as the main subject or Membership in Chartered accountants of India with three-year experience in Banking Sector and having co-operative qualifications.

- B.Com. (Co-operation) with seven-year experience as Accountant or above that post in Co-operative Bank.
Junior Clark Qualification 2024
- SSLC or Equivalent qualification and Subordinate Personal Co-operative Training Course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation).
- For posting of the candidates from Kasaragod district Co-operation Diploma Course (JDC) by Karnataka State Co-operative Federation will be considered equivalent to Junior Diploma in Co-operation by Kerala Co-operation Union.
- B.Com. with Co-operation.
