UGC has changed some of the NTA NET exam date scheduled in January 2025. The December 2024 edition of UGC NTA NET has been scheduled to be conducted in January 2025. After the initial date changes, UGC has come up with new changes in the schedule of certain NET exams in 2025. UGC NTA NET Exam Dates 2025 Changed

Earlier UGC has postponed the exams scheduled on January 3, 2025 to January 16, 2025. The dates of 17 UGC NET exams has been rescheduled due to the ongoing celebrations related to Pongal, Makar Sankranti and other festivals falling in January 15, 2025. As per this notification the NTA NET exam towards four subject schemes (Public Administration, Education, Museology & Conservation and Economics/ Rural Economics…) have been changed. Similarly, UGC has released a new notice notifying the reschedule of 17 NET subject schemes. Candidates preparing for the current NET exams are advised to go through the list of exams which are postponed.

NTA UGC NET New Dates 2025

The new dates for the 17 NET subjects are not released yet. As the latest release of UGC notifies, new dates for all the exams will be announced later. No other exam dates have been changed apart from the mentioned one. The exams scheduled for January 16, 2025 will be conducted without change. This include those exams postponed from January 3, 2025.
