About the Role:
Competitive Cracker is looking for two Digital Content Publishing & Distribution Executives to publish approved content accurately and on time, distribute it across our channels, engage with our audience, and keep proper records. You will jointly manage our YouTube channels, 12 Instagram accounts, Facebook pages, and WhatsApp/Telegram community groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload and schedule approved YouTube long videos and Shorts
• Publish and schedule Instagram Reels, posts and Stories
• Publish and cross-share content on Facebook pages
• Share approved course, webinar and educational content in WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups/channels and other free communities
• Follow the master content calendar and publishing timings
• Check every published item for accuracy (account, title, caption, thumbnail, links, visibility, schedule)
• Monitor and reply to comments and DMs on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
• Identify course/admission enquiries and pass them to the CRM/Sales team
• Manage videos, thumbnails, posters and other files in an organised way
• Maintain the publishing tracker and submit a daily report
• Identify, correct or escalate publishing errors
• Report copyright claims or platform warnings to the manager
• Cover the other executive's accounts during leave or absence
Required Skills:
• Strong basic computer knowledge
• YouTube Studio
• Instagram and Facebook publishing, Meta Business Suite basics
• Google Drive, Google Sheets/Excel
• WhatsApp Web and Telegram
• Basic Canva
• Internet research
• Basic written English and Malayalam
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow schedules and SOPs
• Willingness to learn new digital tools
