Graphic Designer
Competitive Cracker is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Kakkanad, Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for social media posts, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, marketing collaterals, and other promotional materials as required.
- Develop creative content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
- Maintain consistency in Competitive Cracker’s brand identity, visual style, and design standards across all creatives.
- Edit, enhance, and retouch images and graphics to meet campaign and branding requirements.
- Adapt designs according to different platform specifications, dimensions, and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design, digital marketing, and social media trends to create fresh and relevant content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery.
- Take creative initiative and contribute new ideas to improve the overall visual communication of the brand.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, composition, and design principles.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
- Kerala-based candidates preferred.
