We are looking for a *Part-Time Spoken English Faculty* to conduct structured online Spoken English classes for students. The faculty will follow the syllabus, modules, and teaching framework provided by the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online Spoken English classes for assigned students/batches.
- Follow the prescribed syllabus, module, and teaching structure.
- Conduct speaking practice, communication activities, and interactive sessions.
- Complete all assigned sessions within the committed course period.
- Ensure missed classes are rescheduled and completed.
- Maintain punctuality, regular attendance, and professional teaching standards.
- Support students in improving speaking confidence, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar usage, and practical communication skills.
- Ensure the entire assigned module is completed before closing the student/batch.
Time Availability
Candidates must specify their available teaching time slots before joining.
Classes will be assigned only within the mutually agreed time slots.
Online Teaching Requirements
The faculty should have:
- Stable internet connectivity
- Good-quality audio and video setup
- Laptop/Desktop or suitable teaching device
- Professional teaching environment
- Ability to conduct interactive virtual classes effectively
Student / Batch Commitment
Once a faculty member accepts a student or batch and starts the classes, they are expected to continue until the committed classes/course module is fully completed.
Continuity of faculty is important to ensure that the student's learning process is not interrupted.
Any unavoidable situation affecting continuation must be immediately discussed with the concerned coordinator/management as per the engagement terms.
Payment Structure
For a 30-day class cycle:
- The first payment will be processed after completion of 15 days, as per the agreed payment structure.
- The remaining payment will be released after successful completion of the full 30-day class/module, subject to completion of the assigned teaching responsibilities.
Detailed payment terms will be communicated before commencement.
Class Cancellation & Rescheduling
Unnecessary class cancellations should be avoided.
In unavoidable circumstances:
- The concerned coordinator must be informed in advance.
- The missed class must be rescheduled.
- All committed sessions must be completed.
Agreement
Selected faculty members will be required to sign an engagement agreement covering:
- Teaching time slots
- Course/module responsibilities
- Student/batch commitment
- Payment terms
- Attendance and punctuality
- Confidentiality
- Class cancellation and rescheduling
- Engagement/exit conditions
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong Spoken English and communication skills
- Good pronunciation and language proficiency
- Experience in Spoken English / Communication Skills training preferred
- Comfortable conducting online classes
- Good student engagement and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow a structured syllabus
- Responsible and committed to completing assigned batches

Faculty Selected → Availability Confirmed → Agreement Completed → Student/Batch Assigned → Time Slot Confirmed → Classes Started → First Payment After 15 Days → Full Module Completed → Final Payment → Batch Completion
