Competitive Cracker is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Training & Development Officer with 1–4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training new hires and existing employees, ensuring smooth onboarding, enhancing employee performance, and maintaining accurate training records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees
  • Manage onboarding training sessions, including product training and employee development programs
  • Prepare training materials and schedules
  • Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Maintain training records and reports
  • Coordinate with teams to identify training needs

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in Training & Development or related roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple training programs effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
  • Experience in the EdTech/Education sector is preferred

Qualification Criteria

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in Training & Development / Learning & Development (L&D) will be an added advantage
