PSC HSA Last Date to Apply
The last date to apply for the mentioned HAS exams is 19 June, 2024. Eligible candidates who already have a profile in Kerala Public Service Commission Thulasi. Candidates who are applying for the first time must finish the registration and profile setup with the particulars uploaded before the last date to apply.
Note: Last date to apply for the examinations might not be extended. Candidates should not prolong the submission in the expectation of any extension of the dates.
How to Apply for the PSC HSA Examination
Apply for the exam by logging in to the candidate profile in the website Kerala Public Service Commission Thulasi. Candidates applying for the first time follow the detailed instruction about how-to setup a candidate profile. Candidates must be careful while filling the personal and qualification details. The applications of candidates without prescribed eligibility for the respective exams will be rejected.
Candidates must provide valid and true details while setting up the PSC profile. Any discrepancies found later, while the document verification or at any other stage of the recruitment, such candidates will be debarred from attending future PSC exams.
PSC HSA Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates with relevant qualifications as prescribed by PSC can apply for the exam. The age limit of the exam is 18-40 years. The age limits are strictly followed. Candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) can apply.
PSC age relaxation for OBC / SC / ST categories are applicable for this examination also.
Qualifications
- A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.
- Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala.
The two above-mentioned qualifications are basic and mandatory for all the three notifications.
Sewing Teacher (High School) Qualification

Physical Education Teacher (High School) Qualification
- In addition to the basic qualification candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications.
- A pass in the Certificate of Physical Education issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.
- Certificate in Physical Education of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu states will be accepted as an alternate qualification
- DPEd Course of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board as equivalent to the CPEd course of the same board.
- A pass in the Certificate of Physical Education issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.

- A pass in the Vocational Higher Secondary Education Certificate Course in Physical Education conducted by the Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Educations, Kerala or its equivalent

Preparation for PSC HSA
HSA recruitment for Sewing, Drawing and Physical Education are against a few vacancies. Therefore, even if the number of applicants is relatively low the competition must be high.
