KTET Verification 2025 is the mandatory process candidates must complete after the KTET June 2025 results to get the official KTET Certificate. With the KTET Result 2025 published on December 03, 2025, all qualified candidates must undergo KTET Certificate Verification 2025 from the respective DEO offices.

How to complete KTET Verification 2025

KTET Verification 2025 is applicable only for those candidates who qualified in the recently announced KTET Result 2025. Without completing KTET Document Verification 2025 at the District Education Office (DEO), the original KTET Certificate will not be issued by the Government of Kerala.

In order to complete KTET Verification Process 2025, qualified candidates must appear in person at the respective District Education Office (DEO) where they attended the KTET September 2025 Exam on the officially announced date. 

Candidates who fail to attend KTET DEO Verification 2025 will have to wait for further notice, which will delay the issuing of their original KTET Certificate. 

KTET Verification Date 2025

KTET Verification Date 2025 varies for each District Education Office (DEO), and the official dates have not yet been announced. Candidates can get updates on the KTET Verification Date 2025 in two ways:

1. The KET Certificate Verification Dates will be announced through newspapers of where the District Education Office is located. 
2. Candidates can directly go to DEO and enquire or communicate with them via phone to get the exact dates for your KTET Verification Process 2025.

KTET Verification Required Documents

Here is the list of KTET Verification Required Documents during the KTET Verification Process 2025 at the DEO. You have to carry the original certificates along with two copies of each certificate at the time of KTET verification 2025.

1. Original KTET Hall ticket (KTET Admission Ticket)
2. KTET Result 2025 Printout/ KTET Scorecard Printout
3. SSLC Certificate
4. Plus Two Certificate
5. Degree Original Certificate & Mark List (If your original certificate is not yet received, then provisional certificate and mark list from respective universities will be considered for verification)
6. B Ed / DEl.Ed Original Certificate & mark List
7. PG Original Certificate & Mark List (if applicable)
8. Caste Certificate / Non Creamy Layer Certificate (if candidates availed the exam fee concessions and other concessions applied to their communities should provide the original of relevant documents proving their community)
9. If the eligible qualification is from states other than Kerala, then candidates have to submit equivalency certificates/ affidavits regarding the certificates from the respective boards/universities.
10. Candidates who had attended KTET June 2025 during B. Ed/ D. Ed/DEl.Ed can undergo KTET verification 2025 only after providing the pass certificate for the respective course.

KTET Certificate After KTET Verification 2025

Candidates usually receive the original KTET certificate within 3 to 6 months after completing KTET verification 2025. The District Education Office (DEO) will announce the KTET certificate distribution date through newspapers. Once the date is published, Candidates can visit the respective DEO with their KTET hall ticket to collect their original KTET Certificate 2025.
